The AI Summit will be hosted at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Scottsdale, AZ.
Early Bird passes are available at two price points based on attendee segment: DSO Attendee at $750 and Private Practice Attendee at $350. Early Bird pricing is available through September 1, 2026. Guests are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs.
We recommend arriving on Tuesday afternoon. This will allow you time to settle in at the hotel before our Welcome Reception that evening. We suggest departing after 4pm Thursday.
Yes! You're welcome to extend your stay at the Kimpton Miralina at our special discounted group rate of $289 (plus fees) per night. This rate is available two days before and two days after the AI Summit and is subject to availability.

Not at all. The AI Innovation Lab is designed for dental leaders, not developers. Come with a real challenge you are trying to solve in your practice or organization and we will provide the structure, tools, and guidance to help you work through it. No technical background required.
The AI Summit is designed as an in-person, high-signal experience and sessions will not be recorded. What happens in the room stays in the room, which is part of what makes the conversations so candid.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) is the closest major airport, approximately 28 minutes from the Kimpton Miralina. We recommend flying into PHX.
